ACCMA Express Lanes Promotion Terms and Conditions:

When opening a FasTrak account, all ACCMA and FasTrak Terms and Conditions apply in addition to the following:

• To qualify for the $10 in toll credits promotion, a new FasTrak account must be opened and the toll tag registered between 12:01am PDT August 1, 2010 and 11:59pm PDT Oct 20, 2010.
• Account holders who have closed an account in the last 6 months are not eligible to receive the credit.
• Toll credits usage begins on the first official opening day of the I-680 Express Lane.
• A maximum of Ten dollars ($10) will be credited toward the account, not per toll tag. This will be in addition to the prepaid toll balance established by the customer at the time of account opening. Only one credit amount will be applied per account, regardless of the number of toll tags assigned to the account. Also, only one toll credit may be applied per household. Credit will be deducted from the account prior to any paid cash amount. The credit has no cash value, is nontransferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Any travel on the I-680 Express Lane will be charged first against any toll credits applied to the account up to a total of $10; and second, against the customer's pre-paid toll balance, in that order. Standard BATA account replenishment requirements will apply at all times. Note: the FasTrak billing statement will indicate the toll charge first followed by the credit given when applying toll credits.
• Toll credits are good only for travel on the I-680 Express Lane and only for transactions made with a valid FasTrak toll tag. Toll credits will be deducted from the account prior to any prepaid cash amounts. Toll credits are for use against travel on the I-680 Express Lane only. Any deposits and/or account fees incurred by the customer (e.g., transponder deposit, lost transponder, etc.) will be charged to the customer's account and debited against customer's prepaid toll balance.
• All unused toll credits will expire on 11:59pm PST November 20, 2010.
• Unless indicated otherwise, this promotion may not be combined with other FasTrak promotions.
• Where a conflict exists between promotions, ACCMA reserves the right to determine which promotion will apply.
• ACCMA reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or extend any promotion at any time without prior notice. ACCMA also reserves the right to change, add or delete to the official promotion details andrestrictions at any time during any promotion, without prior notice.
